Since my recent diagnosis of celiac disease, it has been difficult to know what restaurants are safe to eat at. Few restaurants have info on their website or reviews online that detail their gluten-free practices. I’ve become more of a pizza fan than I ever was before since most pizza places in my native town of Denver have gluten-free options. However not all are celiac safe due to cross-contamination.
That’s where the Gluten Free Pizza Club comes into play. The club was founded to research gluten-free options at pizza joints (and other restaurants) and make those answers available to gluten-free Denverites. The bonus is tasting delicious food and wine while enjoying great company!
